Quorum Policy Not Degraded
URI: https://docs.ankatech.co/errors/quorum-policy-not-degraded
HTTP Status: 409 Conflict
When you see this
The platform recovery of a tenant's quorum policy was asked for while the policy is healthy: its eligible approvers can still reach the quorum. Recovery exists only for a tenant whose approver pool collapsed below M + 1; a healthy policy is changed through the tenant's own quorum.
Quorum (M-of-N) approval is described in Quorum Approval*.
Common Causes
- The tenant appointed new approvers after the recovery was prepared.
- The recovery was used to change a policy the tenant could change itself.
