Marketplace Temporarily Disabled

When you see this

The platform operator has temporarily disabled RapidAPI marketplace traffic, so requests arriving through the RapidAPI gateway are refused before any processing. Requests made directly with a bearer token are not affected.

Common Causes

  • An operator-initiated disable of marketplace traffic, for example during incident response or maintenance.

How to Resolve

  1. Wait and retry later — this condition is temporary.
  2. Honor the Retry-After header (the response carries Retry-After: 30).
  3. Check the status page and contact support if the marketplace remains disabled for an extended period.
