Log Search Audit Unavailable
URI: https://docs.ankatech.co/errors/log-search-audit-unavailable
HTTP Status: 503 Service Unavailable
When you see this
Every platform log search is recorded in the platform audit trail before its result is returned. The record of this search could not be staged, so no log line is returned. A log search is answered only once the trail holds its record.
Common Causes
- The Admin API could not write its audit outbox (a database fault or contention).
