Log Fingerprint Audit Unavailable

When you see this

Every log fingerprint computation is recorded in the platform audit trail, with the kind and the fingerprints returned, before its answer is sent. The event of this computation could not be recorded, so no fingerprint is returned. A computation is answered only once the trail records it.

Common Causes

The Admin API could not write its audit outbox (a database fault or contention).

How to Resolve

Retry after a short wait.
If it persists, check the Admin API's readiness and the System Health page: the condition audit.recording.failed reports a service that could not record audit events.
