The compact-crypto limit the SDK applies, and where it came from.

maxPlaintextBytes is the largest payload a compact (non-streaming) operation accepts for the caller's tenant, as GET /api/v3/crypto/limits returns it. The SDK's automatic compact/streaming choice uses this same value. When the limit cannot be read the SDK uses 4,000,000 bytes and says so: CryptoLimits.Source.DEFAULT_AFTER_FAILURE.
