extends Enum<KeyRotationScheduleState>

Where the key stands with respect to automatic rotation. NOT_ROTATABLE: the key cannot be rotated in its current state (revoked, archived, pending destruction, or refused by the tenant's lifecycle policy); its schedule is kept but produces no due instant. DISABLED: automatic rotation is not enabled for the key (the default). NO_CADENCE: enabled, but no interval applies to the key; it rotates only on usage, when a usage option is on. SCHEDULED: enabled with an interval; nextDueAt is set.
