Key class a maximum cryptoperiod is chosen by, decided on the key's primary material: SYMMETRIC when kty is oct; otherwise ASYMMETRIC_SIGNING when keyOps contain sign; PUBLIC_VERIFICATION when they contain only verify; otherwise ASYMMETRIC_KEY_ESTABLISHMENT.
