nameSearch - a fragment of the exchange name; null for every name
page - the zero-based page number; null for the server default (0)
size - the page size; null for the server default (20)
sortBy - the property to sort by; null for the server default (modifiedAt)
sortDirection - ASC or DESC; null for the server default (DESC)
