public class TenantBindingRequiredException
extends KeyManagementSdkException

A tenant-scoped operation group was reached from a session bound to no tenant: the session of a platform (ROOT) workload. Thrown by the group accessor itself, before any request is sent, so the session never addresses the ROOT tenant's own resources.

Classify on the type (instanceof) or on PROBLEM_TYPE, never on the message. The HTTP status is 0: no request was sent.
