Compliance Evaluations
What this screen is for
This screen shows how your tenant's keys stand against each compliance pack the deployment licence includes, on today's date in UTC, which the screen shows as the reference day. Each pack has a score, or Not scored when nothing could be scored, and the count of items in each result.
The evaluation is read-only. It blocks no operation and changes no policy. A satisfied platform-observable item does not mean the regime is satisfied. To give an auditor a signed copy of one pack's evaluation, open the pack and download its evidence package.
What must exist first
- The permission to read your tenant's analytics shows the screen.
- The deployment licence includes at least one pack. When it includes none, the screen says that no compliance pack is evaluated for this tenant, and shows no score.
Decisions you make here
Reading the score
The score is the share of passed items among the items that passed or failed: controls and calendar entries the platform evaluates from its own state. A warning, an informational item, an item that does not apply and an item the platform cannot evaluate are outside it, and their counts are shown beside it.
Not scored means no item was scored, for example because the tenant holds no live key. It is not a pass.
Choosing a pack to open
Open a pack to see every item with its result, its reason, and the keys it names. The pack page also shows the trend of the score day by day.
If the screen reports that the compliance evaluation could not be read, for example because the licence could not be read at that moment, nothing is shown in its place; use the retry it offers.
Packs not included in your licence
The packs of the catalogue the deployment licence does not include appear under Packs not included in your licence, each as a card labelled Not included in your licence, with the pack's name, description and controls. They are not evaluated or scored for this tenant. Evidence already issued for them still verifies, but new evidence cannot be issued.
Contact your platform administrator: only the platform administrator can have a pack added to the licence. What was recorded while a pack was licensed stays readable: View stored history opens its history, and View the remediation plan opens its plan, read-only.
