Execution History
What this screen is for
Execution History is your own record of the Intelligence Hub questions you have run, kept in this browser. It lives nowhere else: it is not sent to the server, no other person and no other browser can see it, and it is not an audit trail. The record your reads leave on the platform is the audit service's, described under Audit Access.
Each entry holds when the question was executed, its title and identifier, how many records it returned and how long it took — and nothing more. Neither the inputs you gave nor the answer is kept here; an answer lives only on the question page, and in a five-minute cache of the same browser.
Nothing on this screen changes your tenant. The rules that decide what you may run are on the Hub page:
What must exist first
A tenant in scope. The record is kept per scope, and this screen lists the entries of the tenant you are in: entering another tenant shows that tenant's entries and removes nothing. A question run from the platform, for the whole platform or filtered by one tenant, is recorded but is not listed on this screen.
The record holds the fifty most recent executions, most recent first, across every scope, and an execution answered from the five-minute cache adds no entry. It survives a page reload. It is cleared when you sign out, and when anyone signs in on this browser, so the next person to use it never sees yours.
Decisions you make here
Reading the record
Total Executions, Unique Questions and Total Records count the listed entries. The table shows each entry's Executed time, Question, Question ID, Records and Duration.
Executing again
Execute Again opens the question's page. Whether it can run is decided again there, from your session as it is now, and the inputs are asked for again, since none were kept: with the same inputs within five minutes of the original run you are shown the cached answer.
Clearing the history
Clear History removes the whole record from this browser, for every tenant and the platform alike, not only the entries listed. It is offered only while there is something to clear. Nothing on the server is affected.
How it relates to other screens
The Hub's Recent figure and its Recent tab are computed from this same record, for the tenant in scope:
Execute Again and Browse Questions lead to the question and the catalogue:
