Compliance Evaluation
What this screen is for
This screen shows one compliance pack evaluated across the deployment's tenants, in system context. Each control and calendar entry is listed with its result across the deployment and the number of tenants in each result; a table gives each tenant's score and counts; and a trend shows the aggregate day by day.
No key of any tenant appears here. To see how many of one tenant's keys an item concerns, open that tenant from the tenant table; to see which keys an item names, open the same pack on the tenant's own screen.
What must exist first
- The permission to read platform analytics, held in the platform tenant, shows the screen.
- The pack is one the licence entitles: under a trial, any pack of the catalogue; under a licence, a pack it names. Otherwise the page shows the pack locked (below).
Decisions you make here
Reading an item
An item fails across the deployment when it fails in at least one tenant. The tenant counts show how widespread it is. Items attested by the customer are never evaluated, and entries scoped by a risk class stay warnings, because the risk class of a use case is the customer's classification.
Reading the tenant table
Each row is one tenant that has not been deleted, whatever its lifecycle status, other than the platform tenant, with its status, score and counts. The tenant's name and its View tenant action open that tenant in this pack.
A tenant shown as Not scored had nothing scored, for example because it holds no live key. A tenant shown as Incomplete holds a live key whose algorithm no catalogue resolves, and has no score; while any tenant does, the pack is Incomplete across the deployment too. A tenant whose keys could not be evaluated, because a live key has no key identifier, is not listed and is counted as skipped.
Reading the trend
The trend shows the aggregate stored each day by the daily snapshot. A change of pack version shows on the day it happened.
Days on which the licence did not include the pack are drawn as a muted band and listed as Not evaluated — licence inactive, with their first and last day. They are never filled in later. A day with neither a bar nor a band is a day nothing was stored, for example because the daily snapshot did not run.
A pack not included in your licence
When the licence does not include the pack, the page shows it locked, labelled Not included in your licence, with its description and controls and no evaluation. Evidence already issued for it still verifies; new evidence cannot be issued. Contact your account manager to add this pack to the licence opens the License screen. The trend below still shows the history recorded while the pack was licensed.
When the licence ends
While the licence is close to its end or in its grace period, the note When the licence ends states that packs stop being evaluated and turn read-only when it ends. It cannot be dismissed. Review the licence opens the License screen.
