Console Help

These pages explain the screens of the ANKASecure admin console to the people who work in them: tenant administrators, key managers, and the platform administrators of an installation the customer operates.

Each page belongs to one screen. It says what the screen is for, what must exist before you can use it, which decisions you make there and what each one commits you to, and where to read more.

Every page is written in English and in Spanish, and names the console release it was written against.

A page describes what the screen lets you do with the permissions that screen requires. When a control is not on your screen, your role does not grant it, or your tenant type does not use that screen.

This help is published once per console release

Your console asks for the help published for the release it runs, so what you read matches the screen in front of you.

When no help has been published yet for your release, your console reads the most recent release published before yours, and the sheet says so and names both releases. What you read then was written for an earlier console: a control may have moved, may be named differently, or may not be there at all.

When nothing has been published at or below your release, the console shows a link to this site instead of the sheet.

How you reach these pages

You reach a page from the help sheet beside a screen's title in the console, or by its own address.

They are deliberately not listed in this site's navigation. Each page is addressed by the screen it belongs to, which is how the console finds it, and there are far more of them than a sidebar can usefully hold.
